The best way to bring in change is to educate the younger generation about environmental issues, threats and mitigation measure. In this aspect the centre visited the Govt. higher primary schools in the Hasan district. The centre provided publications relating to environmental issues and alleviation measures to school teachers. The ENVIS Staff interacted with the kids pertaining to Plastic ban and all aspects of Waste Management. We also aim to visit most of the schools in Karnataka to achieve the same.
